This festival is to memorialize Qu Yuan, a famous person in ancient China. This festival is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese lunar calendar. We eat rice dumplings that day and they are very delicious. The festival is best known for the dragon boat races. Children have great fun on that day.
