　　以下情況不需要加冠詞:

　　1.在物質名詞或抽象名詞之前。如

　　We can’t live without water and air.沒有水和空氣我們就不能存活。

　　Knowledge is strength.知識就是力量。

　　2.在名詞前面已有 this, that，these，those , my, your，some，any等代詞作定語的情況下。如

　　She likes this skirt，not that one.她喜歡這件裙子，而不喜歡那一件。

　　3.在日期、星期、節日、季節、月份前。如:

　　There are four seasons in a year: They are spring，summer, autumn and winter.

　　一年有四季，春、夏、秋、冬。

　　September 10th is Teachers’ Day.九月十日是教師節
